As, I said your galleries will continue to work even if our servers will be for some reason down or changed in time. The verification is made on your site and not on ours.by kneo - SlideshowBox 2

Re: What template will display my photo in its original size? - 12 years ago
The images are scaled according to thesize of your gallery and also will depend on what template you set. If you don't want your images to be scaled or cropped you need to set the loadOriginalImages property to true. See thisby kneo - SlideshowBox 2

No, that's not the reason. Perhaps you are using large images for the thumb section, thing that might slow the loading.by kneo - SlideshowBox 2

Re: Browser crash from your sample.html file - 12 years ago
I have just opened the file you mentioned on several computers in safari and it didn't crash on none of them. Give me more details about your system, OS, flash player, safari browser version... so that I can try to reproduce the problem. Thank you.by kneo - SlideshowBox 2
Re: Best way to organize multiple slideshows on a website? - 12 years ago
Well, if you want to do that you just need to change the source.xml for each gallery. You need to write the code for a function that allows you to load the same template/gallery but with a different source xml.by kneo - SlideshowBox 2
Re: Better step-by-step needed - 12 years ago
We are sorry to hear that. We did try to create detailed and step by step manuals. If you do have some suggestions regarding the matter, we will surely take them into consideration.by kneo - SlideshowBox 2
Re: "Image index"? - 12 years ago
index- The index of the image associated to the requested image object. The index is 0-based, meaning that the first image has an index of 0. You can find this also in the pdf manualsby kneo - SlideshowBox 2
Re: More documentation needed - no KB article - 12 years ago
We do consider that slideshowbox 2.0 package contain all the necessary information, so I'm not sure if a knowledge base will be created in the immediate future. You can use the online panel(http://www.slideshowbox.com/online-panel.html) to save and get the settings for a template directly as embed code. It depends on the scaleMode property, if the template that you are using does contain thatby kneo - SlideshowBox 2

The component contains a loading manager, which means that the images won't be load all at once. Depending on the template there will be an order in which each image will be loaded.by kneo - SlideshowBox 2
Re: Online Panel - SlideshowBox 1 - 12 years ago
The panel basically works the same, so it won't really matter if you change or set something that is not available for the first version. Anyone if you do have some problems please let me know and I will take some tests.by kneo - SlideshowBox 1(discontinued version)
Re: Did I just waste $100??? - 12 years ago
Could you please let me know which bug did you report or find and it wasn't solved? The component works fine inside a movieclip, I just test it again and everything looked good, but if you have a specific scenario in which somehow it doesn't, I would appreciate if you will let us know about it and give us more details? Thank you. PS The bugs are usually solved quickly but the new features and upby kneo - SlideshowBox 1(discontinued version)
Re: Is there a limit of 34 images? - 12 years ago
There is no 34 for images limit. Perhaps your images size exceed the flash player bitmap limitation. What's the size/dimensions of your images? Also what template are you using? Read about flash player limitation here: For flash player 10 the size limitation increases.by kneo - SlideshowBox 1(discontinued version)

If you are using first version of SlideShowBox free, you won't be able to change these parameters. Only a premium version will allow you to do that.by kneo - SlideshowBox 1(discontinued version)
Re: SSB 2.0: Getting source from different sources - 12 years ago
You cannot change or add modifications to the a files. The component contains a manual with the list of properties, methods and events if you want to change parameters for a gallery. Also you can use online panel for js version to configure a gallery.by kneo - SlideshowBox 1(discontinued version)
Re: SSB 2.0: Getting source from different sources - 12 years ago
The component is reading only one xml at a time. You can change an xml with another or you can combine two xmls (for the flash version), but in order to do that you will need to write code.by kneo - SlideshowBox 1(discontinued version)
Re: How is source.xml file generated? - 12 years ago
The component only accepts images from photobocket.com if you use RSS feed instead of source xml. Using the direct link for an image and adding it in the source xml doesn't work.by kneo - SlideshowBox 1(discontinued version)

Re: Chinese character support? - 12 years ago
We will only embed one default font. If that font won't contain all the characters needed, you will have the possibility to embed your own font which will solve this problem. I really don't know when the new version will be released, but as soon as something is decided, I will post the date here on the forum. Also, I can't give you the as3 document. If I give you the file, you will gain accesby kneo - SlideshowBox 1(discontinued version)
