In the Embed Code panel, under "Font Properties," can I use CSS font stacks, such as

'Myriad Pro', 'Lucida Grande', Arial, sans-serif

Are you talking about the SlideShowBox2 panel from flash or about the embed code that you get from the online panel?

Yes, you can use those fonts.
