Okay, so here's where I show just all of my Noobness, but hopefully it will help me and other SUPREME noobs who might also have my same issue after purchasing this product. lol So I purchased the program. I'm given a set of folders and website IDs. I go to the Online Panel, I choose my template (let's say, SimpleFade), I type in my ID code for the website, then paste the RSS feed to my albumby user1210451 - SlideshowBox 2
Can't seem to get this working... - 12 years ago
The instructions provided to use this product don't seem to be working. Here is what I did using the Javascript format: 1) Created embed code using appropriate RSS feed URL as well as website ID code. The template chosen was SimpleFade. 2) Via FTP I uploaded the SimpleFade Javascript folder onto the website's Root Folder. I changed nothing within the folder that was originally provideby user1210451 - SlideshowBox 2

Emailed you the link again. You must have been looking at it when I was tooling around. I won't touch it until I hear back from you either here or via email so that you can inspect and tell me what it is I'm doing wrong. Thank you.by user1210451 - SlideshowBox 2
Re: How to embed Slideshowbox into Wordpress - 12 years ago
Is there any way you can be more specific with this? You didn't write anything in bold in your iFrame description, so I've no idea where I'm supposed to embed the Javascript. And also, you have "sample.html" written. What is that supposed to be replaced with? Please advise,by user1210451 - SlideshowBox 2

Is there literally like one person who runs this entire company? I think I'm going to need a refund on this product. My support tickets aren't being answered. Nothing's being answered here. This is supposed to be simple and easy to use, and it's obviously not.by user1210451 - SlideshowBox 2

I spoke with CoffeeCup and they're saying there's a problem with the code. They said that I should be able to paste it into the HTML box and it should work. Please advise on this. Thanksby user1210451 - SlideshowBox 2

I'm hoping someone can help me with what I also hope is a simple query. I use CoffeeCup for my website stuff. I know ZERO about coding. I bought this because CoffeeCup only offers a flash based photo album and I wanted something that could be viewed on an idevice, etc. So inside CoffeeCup there's an HTML tool. You basically click the box, paste your code, and that's it. So using Slideby user1210451 - SlideshowBox 2
