How to get the right format / size for the player? September 13, 2012 01:36PM | Registered: 11 years ago Posts: 5 |
Hi,
I have pictures with size of 492 and 328 height.
And now I would like to setup the player area that the pictures have no black border around.
The thumbs have a height of 70.
So I went ahead and used width="492" height="398" for the player area.
Which does show me black border around my pictures...
[imageshack.us]
How do I get rid of the border?
Please help!

Make sure that backgroundVisible option is unchecked and then you won't have a background anymore. See [screencast.com]

Hi
I set backgroundVisible=false, right?
But still no change....?
These are my current settings:
<param value="source=/_rcimages/source.xml&domainKeys=&audioFile=&audioPlayerIcon=speaker&audioPlayerColor=0xFFFFFF&loopAudio=true&
audioPlayMode=audioOff&autoSlideShow=true&slideShowSpeed=6
&backgroundVisible=false&backgroundColor=0xFFFFFF&backgroundImage=&scaleBackground=true&loadOriginalImages=false&
autoHideControls=false&controlsHideSpeed=2&controlBarAlpha=1&controlBarPrimaryColor=0x333333&
controlBarSecondaryColor=0xCCCCCC&slideShowControls=true&fullScreenButton=true&thumbWidth=90&
thumbHeight=60&showImageIndex=false&showImageInfos=true&scaleMode=scale&preloaderPosition=centered&
textColor=0xFFFFFF&textBackgroundAlpha=0.5&textBackgroundColor=0x000000" name="flashvars">

From what I see the value for backgroundVisible parameter is set to true. Also the wmode should be transparent.

Hi kneo, thanks a lot, I changed it!
I just wonder, what I have to do, that the pictures fill out the entire available space of 490px width?
Can you please look a second time?

Thanks so much!
I also want to know, if I can add more thumbs, without changing the set thumb width?
Is there a setting to change the thumbs holder area width?
And just if you know this too: Can I control the speed of the fullscreen show?
