Can I adjust the Zindex of the flash?

I have navigation menus that expand underneath the flash gallery. I tried adjusting adding this to the flash <PARAM NAME="WMODE" VALUE="transparent"> but it breaks the full screen option. any tips?

You need add the flashef object in a div tag and then you can use the z-index param to add it in front or somewhere specifically.
